Assist the Corporate Director of Human Resources in creating an effective and efficient operation of Training Department.

制订工具和体系保证培训和发展计划达到集团目标。

Develop tools and systems to ensure training and development programs meet the outlet's objectives.

对各级员工进行培训需求调查，了解培训需求。

Conduct Training Needs Analysis for management and non-management employee to identify training needs.

组织焦点小组进行讨论，了解培训需求。

Organize focus discuss team to identify training needs.

根据集团培训费用要求对费用进行合理规划和分配。

Reasonable plan and allocate training cost according to Groupe FLO Training Cost requirements.

制定培训预算设计全年培训整体时间表，确定日期、时间、长度、地点、培训对象、目标和课程。

Draft Training Budget. Design the overall training schedule for the entire year, stating the date, time, duration, venue, targeted audience, objective and topics to be covered.

按照集团培训计划，实施店内培训，发展培训课程及交叉培训计划。

According to Corporate training plan, practise outlet training, and develop training courses and cross training.

和部门培训员一起检查及跟进部门培训并达到集团对培训时间的要求。

Check and follow up departmental trainings with departmental trainers to meet requirements of training hours.

对部门及各餐厅培训员工进行培训员技巧的培训。

Conduct Trainer Skill training for departmental and each outlet trainers.
