【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店 人工成本预算及定岗定员定编和组织编制的工作。
2、负责酒店所需 人才的招聘和选拔工作。
3、建立实习院校的良好合作关系，具体负责实习生的选拔、分配等工作，关注实习生的工作、生活状态。
4、办理员工劳动合同的签订、续订、中止、终止等事宜。
5、收集各部门的转正评估考核，人事变动申报，报上级审批。
6、办理员工的晋升、调动，离辞职手续，处理人事纠纷。
7、制作年度劳动人事报表，月度经营分析PPT，
8、负责酒店年度员工敬业度和年度评估的实施工作。
9、跟进员工满意度提升服务质量的管理工作。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验。
2、熟悉员工的有关法规和条例；。
3、了解酒店员工的服务流程规范和质量标准的要求。
4、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
5、具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
6、能熟练操作计算机。
