Provide a professional support in Training Dept to the Director of Human Resources. To be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and training programs in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of staff.
1. Minimum 1 years experience as Training Manager or 2 years experience as Asst Training Manager is essential.
2. Skillful in language, Chinese. Fluent in the national language, English.
3. Familiar with the international hotel training management function.
4. Familiar with the international hotel's daily operation.
