RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责

1.Being responsible for coordination and execution of all printed materials.
协调及负责所有印刷品.
2.Controls quantity and inventory of all marketing collateral items.
负责控制宣传册数量及盘点.
3.Sends copies of hotel's collateral items to corporate marketing department.
呈交酒店宣传品到集团相关 部门
4.Assists in the production of all displays and temporary signage in hotel public areas.
协助制作所有酒店展示品包括公共区域临时的指示牌的制作
5.Assists in distribution of all press releases to appropriate targeted media
协助把新闻稿给相关媒体.
6.Follow up with press for the result of press material distributed
新闻稿分配后的跟进结果.
7.Keep an update hotel press database – overseas/local media in file (E-file & hard copy) 
保持更新酒店新闻数据库（海外/国内）.
8.Assists with organizing and execution of hotel sponsored events and press promotional activities.
协助组织酒店赞助的活动和新闻宣传活动
9.Collects and files hotel news clipping/ad clipping.
收集和归档相关广告/新闻
10.Assist in gathering and distributing to relevant parties information/ad, clipping of competitor hotels.
收集有关信息，竞争酒店剪报
11.Assists in prompt settlement of all advertising payments.
协助并及时处理公关部所有付款申请
12.Assists DOC/ CM / ADOC on advertising and related matters.
协助部门经理处理公关部相关事宜

REQUIREMENTS
岗位要求

1. Minimum 1 year of related work experience in hotel, marketing or public relation consulting firms.
至少1年在酒店或公关公司工作经验
2. Good facilitation skills.
良好的执行能力
3. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
良好的中，英文口头表达及书写能力
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通技能技巧
