【岗位职责】
1、执行上级的工作指令并报告工作。
2、落实报修的泥、木、漆、管工、沙发、地毯、铜、白铁工工作，确保工作质量。
3、定期对营业场所的设备和管道等进行巡视检查、保养。
4、协调与有关部门的联系和其他工种间的工作关系，及时汇报工作情况。
5、负责对泥、木、漆、管工等工种的维修材料和工具的管理工作。
【岗位要求】
1、3年以上同岗位工作经验。
2、熟悉泥、木、漆、管工等操作技术，工作规范和制度。
3、取得泥、木、漆、管工等工种的上岗资格证书。
