岗位职责：
1. 在客房主管的督导下，完成客房清洁工作；
2. 掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务；
3. 负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作。
任职要求：
1. 同等岗位1年及以上国际品牌酒店相关工作经验；
2. 掌握楼层服务操作规程、清洁用具的使用方法和维修保养知识；
3. 品行端正，形象良好；
4. 一定的人际交往与沟通能力，具有责任心。
