1.确保公司的政策和程序，并服从品牌标准；
2.自信地知道食品和饮料菜单内容并能够详细地解释给客人，理解餐饮需求并提供适当的建议；
3.和客人和同事礼貌友好,呈现菜单给客人和点单；
4.随时保持服务柜及周围区域的干净和整洁；
5.熟知座位号码、酒店政策对着装要求,单间的情况等；
岗位要求：
1.服务程序及标准，食品和酒水的知识，设备操作能力；
2.吃苦耐劳，简单英文沟通。
