2. Be well versed with the daily arrival and the typeof arrival guests. Eg, Return guest, Shangri-la Circle, VIP etc.通晓日常的预到客户，例如：回头客，香格里拉会客户，贵宾
3. Registers guests with required details.为客人登记相应信息
4. Escorts all our guests to their rooms.护送所有客人回房间。
5.Ensures all amenities are in room prior to guestarrival.保证客人到店前所有的礼品都已准备好在房间。
6. Assists in solving guest problems and concerns.帮助解决客户需求。
7.  Always takes the opportunity to exceed customerexpectations.制造超出客人期望的服务
8. Updates guest needs and requests into the guestprofiles.将客人需求跟新到客史资料中。
9. Assists guests with luggage upon check-in andcheckout.办理退房时帮客人拿或送行李。
10.Ensures guest is properly checked in/ checked outfrom the system.检查并确保系统中客人正常办完入住或退房手续。
11. Ensures that all accounting policies and proceduresare followed at all times.时刻保证依照财务规章制度的操作流程。
