职责概要/目的: 协助行政助理经理/餐饮部总监进行全面的行政管理工作，以及运营管理，使利润最大化。确保保持质量标准、员工工作表现和令客人喜出望外。
Job Summary/Purpose: To assist the E.A.M / F&B Director in the overall administration and operation of the F&B Operation, to maximize profits. To ensure maintenance of quality standards, staff performance and customer satisfaction.
1. To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed全面了解指定餐厅的食品/酒水/服务的情况。
2. Ensure that SFSMS, Hygiene and Food Safety Management Policies, Fire & Life Safety Standards are explained to staff, and are correctly applied确保向员工说明香格里拉食品安全管理系统、卫生和食品安全管理政策、消防和生命安全标准，并保证实施正确。
3. Ensure that SLIM and Hotel standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied. 确保向员工说明集团总部和饭店的各项标准及规定，并保证这些标准和规定的正确实施。
4.Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed (restaurants / banquet / beverage - as applicable).监督并确保指定部门（根据各餐厅/宴会部/酒水的不同情况）的顺利运营。
5. Take full responsibility for daily restaurant operations, ensuring standardized and efficient service processes to enhance customer experience and brand image.全面负责餐厅日常运营，确保服务流程标准化、高效化，提升客户体验与品牌形象。
6.Develop and implement operational plans, monitor service quality, food delivery speed, and cost control to achieve business objectives.制定并执行运营计划，监督服务质量、菜品出品速度及餐厅成本控制，达成经营目标
7. Regularly analyze operational data (e.g., table turnover rate, average guest check, cost ratio) to optimize operational strategies.定期分析运营数据（如翻台率、客单价、成本率等），优化运营策略。
8. Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed. 始终如一地保持指定餐厅的食品/酒水/服务/清洁度。
9. Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction. 在运营中不断地收集客人的反馈意见，以确保令客人喜出望外。
