·        To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available insections appointed
·    全面了解指定餐厅的食品/酒水/服务的情况。 
·        Ensure that SFSMS, Hygiene and Food Safety Management Policies, Fire& Life Safety Standards  areexplained to staff, and are correctly applied
·   确保向员工说明香格里拉食品安全管理系统、卫生和食品安全管理政策、消防和生命安全标准，并保证实施正确。
·        Ensure that SLIM and Hotel standards and policies are explained tostaff, and are correctly applied. 
确保向员工说明集团总部和饭店的各项标准及规定，并保证这些标准和规定的正确实施。
 
·        Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed(restaurants / banquet / beverage - as applicable).
监督并确保指定部门（根据各餐厅/宴会部/酒水的不同情况）的顺利运营
·        Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service /cleanliness of sections appointed. 
始终如一地保持指定餐厅的食品/酒水/服务/清洁度。
·        Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensuresatisfaction. 
在运营中不断地收集客人的反馈意见，以确保令客人喜出望外。
·        Proper and tactful handling of verbal complaints from customers.
正确并且有技巧地处理客人的口头投诉。
·        Ensure effective communication within sections appointed and with otherdivisions. 
确保指定部门内部及其与其它大部门之间的有效交流。
·        Conduct / attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings asrequired. 
按要求组织/参加餐饮大部及各部门会议。
·        Conduct market surveys as required and plan / implement appropriatemeasures to increase market share
·        按照要求和计划进行市场调研/实施正确的衡量措施，提供市场份额。
·        Ensure general maintenance of sections appointed and follow up on workorder forms with engineering department. 
确保指定部门的总体维修保养，跟踪工程部的总体维修情况。
·        Recommends improvements in all aspects of their appointed sections asappropriate. 
就指定部门的各个方面提出改进建 议。
·        To brainstorm / keep updated on new technology to improve workefficiency
进行集思广义讨论/保持运用最新的技术，以提高工作效率。 
·        Co-ordinate with the Chinese chef / Outlet Manager on the set-up,implementation and sales of all outlet promotions and menu planning
在餐厅制定、实施和销售促销和菜单计划等方面，与行政总厨/餐厅经理协作。
