Assists in the development,co-ordination and execution of all communications activities. Under the generalguidance and supervision of the DOC/CM and within the limits of establishedhotel policies and procedures, promotes and maintains good communications inorder to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel and by doing so,contributes to the revenues of the hotel.

·        Assistsin maintaining comprehensive master slide library for all advertising,collateral and public relations activities.
协助维护所有关于广告，印刷品及公共关系活动。
·        Assistsand supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collaterals andpublic relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and themarketing department at corporate office. 
协助并支持酒店与广告中介及集团公司办公司的市场部门的广告，印刷品及公关事务。
·        Helpswith the publications of hotel’s newsletter(s).
协助酒店公共时讯的出版物。
·        Gathersand distributes to relevant parties information/ advertising clippings ofcompetitor hotels.
收集及分发竞争酒店有关信息/广告简报。
·        Assistsin maintaining comprehensive list of media contacts. Manages assigned accountsas per the media account management system.
协助维护综合媒体联系人电话表。根据媒体账户管理系统管理分配账户。
·        Assistsin the writing and distribution of all press releases.
协助所有新闻稿的写作及发布。
·        Assistswith execution of hotel sponsored events and community/ government relationsactivities.
协助执行酒店赞助事件和社区/政府关系的活动。
·        Assistswith execution of press promotional activities.
协助执行广告促销活动。
