- Ensures that all guestrooms with amenity arrangements, taking note of standard arrangements as well as change cycles.
根据集团及酒店标准提供和准备所有客房的致意品,注意标准以及变化周期
- Ensure provide the amenity to the guest room before guest arrival.
确保在客人抵店前送入客房
- Ensure that special requests for guests are responded to in a timely manner 
确保对客人的特殊要求及时做出回应
- Propose fruits set up standard according to seasonal local fruits changing.
根据当地水果季节变化提出水果设置标准
- Ensure provide high quality fruits to in- house guests.
