1.安排前台员工的值班表，确保质量，并最大限度的考虑人员成本效率。
Control the duty roster for sub departments guaranteeing quality as well as considering the highest personnel cost efficiency.
2.识别培训需求，开发和管理绩效。
Identify training needs, develop and manage performance.
3.对未来的员工进行面试。
Conduct interviews with future employees.
4.批准前台员工的培训计划并跟进，确保培训活动的符合性和有效性。
Approve training plan of all Front Desk sub-departments and follow-up to ensure compliance and efficiency of training activities.
5.管理所有业务任务，以及各自的委派和后续工作。
Manage all operational tasks as well as their respective delegation and follow-up.
6.详细的酒店产品知识，最新的VIP到达和活动在酒店和目的地。
Detailed hotel product knowledge, up-to-date with VIP arrivals & events within the hotel and the destination.
7.执行和评估程序和政策。
Implement and evaluate procedures and policies.
8.确保部门内部沟通清晰。
Ensure clear communication within departments.
9.定期组织部门会议。
Organise regular departmental meetings.
10.与客人和员工保持良好的沟通，处理客户投诉并采取纠正措施。
Maintain high visibility with guests and employees, handle customers’ complaints and take corrective action
11.进行日常检查以确保质量标准。
Conduct daily walk throughs to ensure quality standards.

岗位要求：
具有前厅部或者宾客关系经验
- Previous Front Office and/or Guest Relations experience
 有酒店管理经验优先
- Previous experience in hotel management
