Job Responsibility:

岗位职责:

1.Responsible to Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Restaurant Manager.

对餐厅副经理/餐厅经理负责。

2.Responsible for Head Waiter/ Waitress, Waiter/ Waitress & Host/ Hostess.

管理服务员领班和服务员。

3.Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed including appropriate shoes (polished) and nametag at all times according to the hotels dress code & Kempinski grooming standards, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

根据酒店着装规范和凯宾斯基仪容仪表标准,准时上班,保持干净整洁,熨烫整齐,包括合适的鞋子(擦亮)和名牌,时刻保持高标准的个人仪表和卫生。

4.A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.

始终提供礼貌、专业、高效的服务。

5.All duties and tasks are performed as per the tasks required at the outlet.

所有的职责和任务都是按照餐厅要求完成的。

6.Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.

了解酒店提供的所有服务和产品。

7.Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned.

对所分配的部门提供的所有餐饮项目有全面的了解。

8.Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform upselling all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives.

具备相关知识和理解能力,能够解释和销售所分配的所有产品,并提供替代产品。

9.Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.

监控操作用品,设备,减少损耗。

10.Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

确保工作场所和周围区域始终保持整洁有序。

11.Successfully perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.

成功完成所指定餐厅的开关门程序。

12.Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.

礼貌有效地处理客人的询问,并向主管汇报客人的投诉和反馈。

13.Report guest complaints immediately to the supervisors and ensuring follow up is performed with the guest.

立即向主管汇报客人的投诉,并确保跟进客人的投诉。

14.Being knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.

熟悉操作现有的POS系统,根据部门分配的培训职责水平。

15.Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the hotel’s policy manual and the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.

理解并严格遵守酒店政策手册中的规章制度以及酒店的防火、卫生、健康和安全政策。

16.Maintain a good rapport and work relation with staff in the assigned department and within the hotel.

与所在部门及酒店员工保持良好的工作关系。

17.Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, departmental trainings and hotel initiated trainings scheduled.

参加并参与所有员工会议,部门培训和酒店组织的培训。

18.Undertake reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Department Head.

承担部门主管交办的合理工作和次要职责。

19.Respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the hotel management.

20.Assist in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.

21.Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

22.Projecting at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.

23.Have a complete understanding of the monthly profit and loss statement of the department.

全面了解部门月度损益表。

24.Lead the service and act as a role model to the team.

能够领导服务并成为团队的榜样。

25.Ensure a flawless service to the highest standards and as required by the department and the hotel.

确保按照部门和酒店的要求,以最高的标准提供完美的服务。

26.Fully understand the concept of the restaurant and being able to act as a guardian in terms of service provided, food and beverages served and the guidance of the team.

充分理解餐厅的概念,能够在提供的服务、提供的食物和饮料以及团队的指导方面扮演监护人的角色。

27.Ensure a great communication within the team and able to hold team meetings in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

确保团队内部良好的沟通,能够在餐厅副经理缺席的情况下召开团队会议。

28.Attend the daily Food & Beverage Meeting in the absence of Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.

在餐厅经理和餐厅副经理缺席的情况下,参加每日的餐饮会议。


Job Requirements: 

任职要求:

1.Minimum 2 year in F&B service role.

两年以上餐饮服务工作经验。

2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

优秀的书面和口头沟通能力。
