职位职责：

Job Responsibility:

1. Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.

了解酒店提供的所有服务和产品。

2. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage products and services.

对所有的餐饮产品和服务有全面的了解。

3. Oversee the operations of the outlets appointed by the Food & Beverage Head of Department.

监督餐饮部主管指定的门店的运营。

4. Assist in preparing/consolidating the yearly budget for the department.

协助编制/合并部门的年度预算。

5. Assist in preparing the monthly income statement for each outlet and the department as a whole, attend the monthly performance meeting with the Outlet Management.

协助编制各分店及各部门的月度收入报表，与各分店管理层一起参加月度业绩会议。

6. Manage the consolidated inventory of Food & Beverage department’s OS&E together with the stewarding department.

与管事部一起管理餐饮部的OS&E盘点。

7. Review and update all departmental operations manuals annually.

每年审核和更新部门的操作手册。

8. Assist in sourcing the best available products, constantly aim to improve quality, communicate about the products both internally and externally.

协助采购最好的产品，不断提高产品质量，与公司内部和外部进行沟通。

9. Prepare a yearly marketing plan for the appointed outlets in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Department including a competitor analysis.

与市场营销部合作，为指定门店制定年度市场计划，包括竞争对手分析。

任职要求：

Job Requirements:

1. Have a proven track record of restaurant management in well recognized, busy social restaurants with a Western/International theme.

在知名西餐厅或网红餐厅有良好的管理经验和出色的业绩表现

2. A strong communicator with fluent Mandarin and English skills, outstanding leadership and training credentials, solid food & beverage knowledge, and a good network in the local market is preferred.

良好的沟通能力，流利的普通话和英语，优秀的领导能力和培训能力，扎实的餐饮知识，拥有良好的本地市场资源优先

3. Based on experience and seniority this role reports directly to the Director of F&B or General Manager of the Hotel.
