Job Responsibility:

1.Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.

2.Report faulty equipment, maintenance needs, and safety hazards to manager.

3.Train employees on all laundry procedures, including safety procedures and equipment operation.

4.Verify that laundry requests are completed for each department as needed.

5.Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery.
操作和监控清洗、干洗和干燥机械。
6.Assist Laundry Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employee.
协助洗衣房经理招聘，培训，计划，评估，咨询，纪律，激励和指导员工。
7.Supervise the operations and distribution of the linen, the recording of floor linen distribution and F&B linen returns whilst ensuring compliance with hotel policies, standards and satisfaction of internal and external guests.
监督布草的操作和分发，记录地板布草的分发和餐饮部布草的返还，同时确保遵守酒店的政策、标准和内部和外部客人的满意度。
8.Forecast room linen requirements based on occupancy and coordinate with outlet Managers the daily linen requirements for outlets to meet operational needs. It also involves the planning of large functions and or events.
根据入住率预测客房用布需求，并与门店经理协调门店日常用布需求，以满足运营需求。它还包括大型活动和活动的规划。
9.Organize, train staff on daily job operations and follow up to ensure that training is effective.

10.Conduct an annual inventory of all linen and a monthly F & B and room linen inventory.   Maintain par stock level in order to respond to operational needs.

11.Coordinate with Floor Supervisor / Laundry Manager re-periodical washing / dry cleaning of bedroom linens such as duvet, bed pad, bed cover and curtains including repair and replacement.
 配合楼层主管/洗衣房经理定期清洗/干洗床上用品，如羽绒被、床罩、床罩、窗帘等，包括维修和更换。
12.Check quality of laundry processing of uniforms and linens sent for washing and inform Assistant Laundry Manager any deviations from standard.  Coordinate with Laundry - test washing of materials for linen and uniform.
检查送洗的制服和亚麻布的洗衣质量，并将任何不符合标准的情况通知副洗衣经理。与洗衣房协调，对亚麻和制服的材料进行试洗。
13.Control and monitor linen discarding.  When appropriate, recycle to avoid wastage or arrange repair job or recommend new purchase.  Record keeping of discarded linen and recommend their replacement.
控制和监控布草的丢弃。适当时回收，以避免浪费或安排维修工作或建议新的购买。对废弃的布草进行记录，并建议更换。
14.Assist the Laundry Manager in the preparation of the budget for the linen and uniforms.
协助洗衣房经理编制亚麻布和制服的预算。

Job Requirements: 
任职要求：
1.3 years supervisory experience in a modern, full service laundry operation within Hospitality industry or commercial laundry.
3年以上管理经验，在酒店行业或商业洗衣房的现代化，全方位服务洗衣房的运作。
2.Knowledge of laundry chemicals, usage and safety related requirements.
熟悉洗衣房化学品的使用和安全要求。
