Job Responsibility:
岗位职责：
1.Prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
提前准备服务所需的食品、饮料、材料和设备。
2. Cook and serve dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
根据餐厅的菜单烹饪和上菜。
3.Provide direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.
为厨房帮工提供指导，包括服务员、厨师、服务员和服务员。
4. Clean and re-set their working area.  
清洁并重新设置他们的工作区域。
5. In absence of Manager, conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known. 
在经理缺席的情况下，进行换班简报，以确保厨房每位员工都知道酒店的活动和运营要求。
6. Work with Superior and People Services Manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive. 
与上级和人事经理合作，确保部门员工的工作效率。
7. Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintain a record of progress for each staff member.
按照部门标准和程序进行岗位培训，并为每名员工保存培训记录。
8. Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guideline. 
根据公司的指导方针，为试用期和正式的绩效评估讨论提供意见。
9. Ensure new staff attends Corporate Orientation within first month of hire and departmental orientation is completed within first two weeks.
确保新员工在入职后的第一个月内参加公司的入职培训，并在两周内完成部门入职培训。
10. Coach, counsel and discipline staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental     procedures, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
对违反酒店政策和部门程序的员工进行培训、法律顾问和纪律处分，提供建设性的反馈，以提高员工的绩效。
11. Work with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget and be aware of financial targets.
与上级一起制定和管理部门预算，并了解财务目标。
12. Recycle where-ever possible and enforce cost saving measures to staff.
在任何可能的地方进行回收，并要求员工执行节约成本的方针。
13. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
根据酒店要求记录安全事件和事故。
14. Communicate to their superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment on and other relevant information.
与上级沟通任何困难，客人或内部客户的意见和其他相关信息。

Job Requirements: 
任职要求：
1.Minimum 3 years kitchen experience.
至少3年厨房工作经验。
2.International experience is preferred.
