该职位员工的主要工作是全面管理普拉拉啤酒屋的日常工作，满足业务和客户的需求，同时确保普拉拉啤酒屋的员工能遵守酒店的服务标准和工作程序。他/她工作职责是对餐饮部经理责任并要按照工作需求不定时上班，以确保业务和客户需求
The incumbent in theposition is responsible for managing theday to day operations of The Panlaner Brauhaus in order to meet business requirementsand clients’ satisfaction while ensuring adherence to service standards andoperating procedures. He / she isscheduled to work on a different shift than the Outlets Manager as his / herjob responsibilities are an extension of Food&BeverageManager's responsibilities to ensure continuity and maintenance ofstandards.

督导普拉拉啤酒屋的日常工作和服务，以确保各项政策，程序和标准的正常运作以满足和超越客户的期望为目标
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensurecompliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfyingand exceeding the clients' expectations.

协助和监督下属的工作，协助餐饮部经理完成日常工作计划的准备，以确保有足够数量的服务人员为顾客提供服务
Coordinate and supervisethe work of subordinates, assists in the preparation of the schedule to ensurethere is an adequate number of staff on duty based on theforecastand submits for approval.
