岗位职责/职位描述

检查每天工作日程。
- Verify and check all daily operating checklists and operating forms
核实和确保所有设备的 存货情况。
- Verify and maintain equipment inventories. Select, store, and issue equipment as needed.
参加月例会,与其他部门的成员一样,明确所有部门内下达的要求,分配的工作。
- Attend daily roll call and monthly meeting, take notes and necessary action and distribute all information to fellow section team members concern
协助和指导所有的员工,在过道间遇到客人的时候,或者在自己工作的范围之内,要表示出对客人的礼貌和尊敬。
- Assist and attend to all walks in members and hotel guests in your respective working area or section.
指导和帮助员工或者在健身房内任何有需要的客人。
- Assist and help any members or guests that requires any assistant in the gym or aerobic studio.

A courteous, professional andefficient service is provided at all times.

任何时候都提供有礼貌的,专业、高效的服务。

 All duties and tasks areperformed as per the tasks required at the operation department.

所有的职责和任务的执行都要遵守营业点的标准。

Be knowledgeable of allservices and products offered by the hotel.

熟知酒店所有的产品知识

 Have a thorough knowledge andunderstanding of all products offered by the department assigned.

对部门所有提供的产品都有全面的了解。

Have the knowledge andunderstanding to explain and perform upselling all items offered by thedepartment assigned as well as offering alternatives.

全面了解如何解释并推销部门指定的所有产品,同时可以提供其它选择。

Monitor operating supplies,equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.

监督营业用品,设备并成功降低损坏和浪费。

 Ensure that the place of workand surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

确保工作场所及周边区域始终保持干净整洁
Report guest complaintsimmediately to the Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Restaurant Manager andensuring follow up is performed with the guest.

即时向餐厅副经理、经理报告客人的投诉,确保进行跟进。

Being knowledgeable to operatethe existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assignedin the department.

根据部门分配的及培训的职责权限,要熟知现有POS系统的操作。

 Understand and strictly adhereto the rules & regulations established in the hotel’s policy manual and thehotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety
了解并严格遵守酒店政策指南中的规则&条例,及酒店政策中关于消防,卫生,健康&安全的相关规定
Maintain a good rapport andwork relation with staff in the assigned department and within the hotel.

和酒店内相关部门的员工保持良好的工作关系和密切的交往。

 Attend and contribute to allstaff meetings, departmental trainings and hotel initiated trainings scheduled.

出席并参与所有的员工会议,部门培训及酒店发起的培训安排。

Undertake reasonable tasks andsecondary duties as assigned by the Department Head.

承担部门经理指定的合理任务和职责。

 Respond to any changes in thedepartment as dictated by the hotel management.

根据酒店管理层的命令,响应部门的一切变化。

 Assist in carrying outscheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.

协助执行产品及运营设备的盘点安排。

Perform any other assignedreasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
执行一切合理分配的义务和责任。

Projecting at all times apositive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.

始终保持积极上进的态度,练习自我控制。

Having a complete understandingof the monthly profit and loss statement of the department.

完整的了解部门每月损益情况。

 Be able to lead the service andact as a role model to the team.

能够领导服务员工并充当团队榜样的角色。

 Be able to ensure a flawlessservice to the highest standards and as required by the department and thehotel.

根据酒店和部门的要求能够确保提供完美高标准的服务。

 Be able to ensure a greatcommunication within the team and able to hold team meetings in the absence of Manager.

能够确保和团队良好的沟通,并且能够在经理不在时召开部门会议。
