职位概述：
负责为酒店所有员工供应安全、美味的膳食，并保持员工餐厅和厨房的清洁卫生。
工作职责：
• 负责按菜单出品菜肴，做到物尽所用。尽量减少浪费。
• 按程序操作所有机器，发现问题及时报告上级和工程部，及时维修。
• 做好安全防范工作，注意用水用电安全，注意防火防盗。
• 严格遵守员工餐厅规章制度。
• 做好开餐前的准备。
• 食品要做到生熟分开，防止食物中毒。
• 保持餐厅、厨房的卫生清洁和个人卫生。
• 饮料机要每天消毒清洗。
• 遵守酒店的各项规章制度。
• 服从上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
• 身体健康，形象整洁。
• 初中以上学历，具有初级的书面表达技能。
• 有工作热情，工作态度良好。
• 具有厨师经验或证书。
• 能独立完成工作，善于和人沟通。
年龄要求：22岁以上
