岗位要求：

1、查看送餐的出品标准，监督和确保送餐的速度，严格按照酒店标准执行。

2、协助西餐厅经理管理客房送餐服务工作；

3、查看VIP客房的客人是否有特殊的送餐要求；

4、遵守收银程序，正确并熟练操作入帐等手续。

5、每天与上级沟通运做中所遇到的投诉和客人评价，在服务工作的整个过程中，时刻保持高度的客户服务意识。

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，有在5星级同岗位工作1年以上。
2、熟悉菜肴酒水知识，送餐服务的工作规范及质量标准。
3、良好的团队合作精神。
4、流利的普通话及英语表达沟通能力。
