岗位职责：

1.管理宴会及会议统筹部门团队日常运作及行政工作，确保团队根据规定和标准执行工作。

2.定期拜访和宴请所有重要客户，与重要宴会客户见面建立友好关系。

3.与销售团队密切联系，为销售人员带来的销售线索/寻求建议最好的方案，进而将线索转化为确定的活动。

4.根据市场趋势回馈，时刻掌握客户最新动态，通过与销售总监和销售经理的密切沟通全面了解市场目标

5.协助市场总监制定不同的市场价格和宴会价格。

6.定期回顾销售战略的预期效果，并且根据要求作出调整的提议。

岗位要求：

1.有至少2年及以上同岗位工作经验。

2.具有本地会议宴会、婚宴市场资源，并且具有优秀的市场开拓能力。

3.具有市场调查和预测能力，能及时掌握市场动态，通过综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议
