岗位职责
1. 定期的维护检查硬件设备是否正常运行
2. 每日检查所有系统操作，并确认其运行正常，有问题向用户部门和上级及时报告。
3. 为部门员工提供计划性的专业知识培训。
4．确认员工没有滥用电脑系统，保护信息数据安全。
5. 与硬件和软件供应商保持沟通。更新合同，准备与系统运行相关的预算。
6. 准备和更新硬件及软件的用户手册和说明。
7. 监控所有数据和系统的更改，以及从系统区域取出的物品。
8. 确认数据的日备，月备，年备无误，并妥善保管。
9. 维护酒店使用的所有软件的所有权和著作权。
10. 执行并经常审查灾害应急计划的控制程序。
11. 为不同职位和部门提供技术协助。
12. 保质保量的完成上级交办的其他工作。
岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，具有3年以上星级酒店电脑部管理经验。
2、熟知酒店各项电脑管理系统的原理。
3、工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感。
4、一定的组织管理协调能力。
