岗位职责
1、协助健身房经理负责日常安全和业务的正常运转：游泳池、游泳池台、健身房、更衣室和所有健体部门的区域。确保健身中心所有的活动都是安排有序和符合安全要求的。
2、开发客户资源、拓展销售渠道提升课程购买力以增加健身房的收入。
3、指导并管理健身中心员工：确保每日运作工作及时完成并获得客人满意。
4、提议、设计和实施活动，确保各项活动和工作根据制定好的时间和计划实施。
5、负责所有当班员工的表现，确保员工时刻关注客人在酒店健身房区域的情况。
6、确保所有救生设备都随时处于良好工作状态；如有损毁异常立刻向上级报告。
7、坚持有效执行：准备并按时提交各种报表。
8、在每日工作开始时和结束时检查本部门各种产品供给。
岗位要求
1、有相关岗位行业管理及销售工作经验。
2、具备团队领导力、有较好的业务指导和组织协调能力。
3、了解品牌标准，掌握卫生消毒和安全救护知识。
4、熟悉公共娱乐场所公安管理法规和卫生条例。
5、有较好的文字和语言表达能力。
6、与客人保持积极良好的互动信息反馈。
