DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
 Conduct the project maintenance, system operation, environmental protection to ensure hotel operations
负责酒店的设备维修, 系统运行和节能方案实施， 同时确保酒店的正常运营

 Ensure the effective implementation of project financial management by setting maintenance budget, infrastructure projects and project plans, and regularly monitor and audit related performance.At the same
time, responsible for maintenance cost control, department cost budget preparation and implementation, and submitted to management
通过设定保养预算，基建工程还有工程方案确保有效的工程财务管理的实施，并定期对相关表现监察和审

 Regularly check and monitor all the equipment maintenance contractor to ensure we are on the right track. 定期检查所有设备设施的维保工作正常进行
 Organize the monthly Energy Saving & Security Meeting to reflect the issues on energy saving and securities

 Conduct the PMM Plan and keep documents and signed by GM

 To implement the Brand Safety Standard and all the documentary mentioned in the quality control book

 Be responsible the department training and ensure we have the certificated staff on the position which

 Manage the develop and implementation of departmental standards

 Ensure all patrolling, inspection duties are performed to a high standard

 Manage the FCC properly and complete all the P&P for FCC
正确管理消防监控室并制定相应的各种制度
 Supervise emergency drills

 Provide the related training and ensure the all security personnel as well as hotel’s staff are adhering to
P&P and security procedures

 Coordinate with the local investigator in crimes & accident handling and investigating

 Prepare security plan for specific events (seminar, conference, government guest, with wedding etc.)

 To accept other task assignment when necessary such as administration work or the audit from local
