弱电工种要及时进行抢修，安装，预防维护以及日常弱电系统运行操作，包括闭路电视监控系统，楼宇自控系统，背景音乐广播，内部传呼系统，电子门锁系统，音视频操作系统，门禁控制，电视接收系统，使设备处在高效和经济的状态下运行。
工作职责：
  Attend shift meeting, ensure the daily work
开交班会议，确定工作内容
 Complete the last shift left and the arranged task
进行上一班次交待事项及当天安排工作
Confirm and complete the task on the repair sheet
确认并完成报修单上的任务
 According to the maintenance date to maintain the AV system
按维护保养日期表对弱电各系统进行检查维护保养事宜
Report the shift work situation to the duty Engineer.
 向值班工程师汇报当值工作情况
 Follow the order by the Engineer or the suggestion from the producer to
prevent and maintain the equipments, such as internet, telephone, video,
monitor, etc.
按照工程师的指令和生产商建议预防维护维修网络、电话、电视、监控等设备
  To familiar with all the electronics systems, its operating requirement
and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.
了解饭店电子系统以及电子系统的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备
 To attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to
avoid inconvenience or discomfort
对客人要求和投诉及时做出反应避免造成客人不便或不安
  To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation
improvement
在节能方面进行执行和提出合理改良建议
  To perform all other duties as may be assigned by manager etc.
执行经理等安排的其它工作
 To assist the other groups where is requested
必要时帮助工程部其它工种组工作
 To inspect all electronics systems and make operation status records as
per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events
and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive
maintenance schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment
longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation and efficiency
are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations
按照工作检查表检查弱电系统运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报弱电设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证弱电设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机和根据生产手册要求高效运行
  To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans
and tidy
保持维修工具，设备和工作区域的清洁
 To perform shift and overtime duties when necessary
开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作
 To provide the banquet, meeting and technical discussion conference
& the guest arriving site presentation for sales department; test the AV
equipment one hour before the conference to satisfied the requirement of the
guest and ensure that the AV equipment fully operation 30 min before beginning
of function.
为销售部提供宴会、会议、讨论会的技术咨询和客人到场的现场演示；在宴会、会议、讨论会进行前一小时，AV设备调试完毕随时可以满足客人的彩排，
确保设备正常运行时间超过半小时。
