Position Overview 岗位概述:
The scope of this position is to ensure the delivery of highest quality of customer service and welcoming; as well as working together with the restaurant and bar teams on organizing the flow in order to run a smooth operation
该岗位需要为客人提供高质量的引领,迎送服务,并能很好的协同餐厅酒吧开展组织安排工作。
The Role 岗位职责:
Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant capacity, layout, and operation hours.
完全了解餐厅的座位数 整体布局和营业时间
Knowledgable on all F&B sold. (cooking method, ingredients, duration etc.)
完全了解餐饮部的产品(烹饪方法,配料,烹饪时间等)
Complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
完全掌握设施设备的保养维护与使用
Comply with all departmental policies/service procedures.
遵守各个部门的规章制度和服务流程
Complete opening & closing side duties as assigned.
完全掌握指定开档收挡的工作内容
Organize assigned station and ensure readiness prior to guest arrival.
客人就餐之前工作台应准备就绪
Review daily specials, sold out items throughout the shift.
了解全天的的每日特选和售罄的产品
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
提前预知顾客的需求,及时回应客人
Be familiar with all services, local attractions to respond to guest inquiries.
应熟悉各种服务,能为客人提供当地特色的讯息
Complete all closing reports as assigned and leave duty after reporting to supervisor.
完成当天所有工作,下班应告知主管
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求
Minimum one year in a similar position in a high end renowned restaurant or a luxury hotel or Michelin stars restaurant
至少一年高端餐饮,五星级酒店相同职位经验
Clear understanding of service sequence.
完全了解服务流程
Strong English communication skills both verbally and written
