- 大专以上学历，会操作电脑
- 有星级酒店前台工作经验者及会英语优先

- 能够处理前台日常工作，具备一定的抗压能力
- 具备团队合作精神，能够与同事协作完成工作任务
待遇
- 底薪4k-5k，额外好评奖励，每月10号发工资

工作概述：依据确定的程序，高效率地为顾客办理入住接待和退房服务，以及其他相关的服务与咨询，提高顾客满意度
岗位职责
1.部门经营管理
1.1 在工作日志中记录日常事务及需跟进事项，按要求记录安全事件及意外事故；
1.2 执行酒店UPSELLING政策；
1.3 按要求准备夜班报告、夜核报告、竞争酒店对照表和晨会报告；
2. 部门团队建设
2.1 按要求参加各种会议和培训；
2.2 与酒店各部门员工保持高效合作、定期交流并建立良好关系；
3 对客管理
3.1 负责办理散客和团队的入住登记服务；
3.2 负责办理散客和团队的退房服务，确保所有款项的足额准确出纳；
3.3 负责办理住客转房、加床和房价变更服务与操作；
3.4 接收并复核所有房间的账单；
3.5 为客人提供外币、旅行支票兑换和咨询业务，向住客提供对前台保险箱服务；
3.6 处理有关押金、扣回、现金退款、账目转移和发票管理工作；
3.7 为客人提供亲和有礼的服务，并及时委婉地回应客人的抱怨、请求和询问；
3.8 收集客人意见、建议、抱怨和投诉，并汇报上级，以便进行整改；
3.9 通知其他部门有关到店客人的房间的变动和离店客人情况，有关团体的特殊安排；
3.10 处理客人的邮件、传真、叫醒和留言服务；
3.11 向客人解释并销售酒店设施服务，根据客人的需要，引导客人到达目标酒店场所；
4 .设施物资管理
4.1 执行所辖区域的设施设备、物资的台账管理及物资出入库手续；
4.2 做好当班期间的设备维护和清洁卫生工作；
5. 安全管理
5.1 熟悉设备安全操作方法，正确组织实施财产安全、急救、火灾、紧急事件发生时的补救措施，保证住客及酒店、员工人身财产安全；
6 完成上级交办的其它任务。
岗位要求
1 .自然条件：男女不限，身体健康，精力充沛，形象良好；
2. 文化程度：大专以上，旅游、酒店专业优先；
3 .工作经验：酒店工作经验优先；
4. 语言能力：能熟练使用普通话、酒店英语进行口头沟通；
5 .业务素质：
5.1 能较熟练使用OFFICE软件；
5.2 具有一定的组织协调能力和社交技巧；
6 思想素质：热爱酒店服务，具有良好的职业道德和强烈的服务意识，能吃苦耐劳，有亲和力，处事灵活又不失原则，善解人意，观察敏锐，心细认真，耐心周到，向客人提供“让每个客人满意，使更多客人感动”优质服务，共同承担临时性的工作安排。
