4、能够操作和处理简单的word文档/excal表格。

6、有驾驶证（C）优先考虑。岗位内容
· 了解礼宾操作流程制度；
· 知晓周边旅游信息；
· 知晓酒店产品知识；
· 负责日常行李业务操作，严格按行李标准化流程操作自身部门行李寄存服务及保障宾客行李高效、安全送至指定酒店；
· 负责自身酒店部门门口迎宾、咨询、厅面秩序维护及宾客迎送服务；
· 遵守部门规章制度，服务上级分派工作任务；
· 仪容仪表规范，符合酒店礼宾岗位要求；
· 负责夜间客人迎送工作确保安全入住；
· 为宾客提供雨伞、童车、轮椅租借服务（根据点位），做好租借记录；
· 完成酒店、部门交办的工作；
· 负责部门所辖区域的安全检查、巡查工作；
· 负责门厅内外和部门内卫生清理和巡查；
