【岗位职责】
1、负责员工餐厅的日常运营管理,包括餐食准备、供应及服务流程的监督与优化;
2、制定员工餐厅的菜单,确保菜品营养均衡、口味多样,并符合成本控制要求;
3、监督食材的采购、验收及库存管理,确保食材新鲜、安全且符合卫生标准;
4、负责酒店员工餐厅的日常菜品制作,确保员工餐的准时供应和出品质量
5、定期检查餐厅卫生及设备状况,确保符合食品安全及消防安全规定;
6、处理员工对餐饮服务的反馈意见,及时改进服务质量;
7、负责员工餐厅的成本核算及预算控制,避免浪费并提高资源利用率;
8、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
