岗位职责：
1、落实执行本酒店全日制餐厅、日料、大堂吧、茶歇、送经营目标及管理目标;协助餐饮部总监完善酒店全日制餐厅、日料、大堂吧、茶歇、送餐各类制度及标准化流程的制订，参与本酒店相关工作商讨和执行并完成相关工作目标和指令;
2、餐饮能耗、物耗、人力等各项成本控制;
3、负责全日制餐厅、日料、大堂吧、茶歇、送餐卫生质量检查监督、餐饮三级检查制度的建立、执行;
4、制定年度培训计划，形成考核制度，不断提升员工服务段能水平与服务质量;
5、做好员工的法治、消防宣传教育，提高员工的法治意识和安全责任意识;
6、制定本岗位的职能设置、人员编制、管理队伍的梯队建设、晋升和培训体系及人员培养方案。
任职要求：
1、形象气质佳，身体健康。
2、普通话标准，基础英语。
3、酒店管理专业，大专及以上学历。
4、具有5年以上同岗位工作经验。
5、出色领导力，较强的培训能力，善于发挥团队凝聚力
