【岗位职责】
1. 负责制定并完善酒店服务质量检查标准与流程，对各部门服务流程、设施卫生、员工仪容仪表等进行定期与随机抽查。
2. 组织、实施质检专项活动，如暗访、交叉检查，编制质检报告，针对发现的问题提出整改意见并跟踪落实。
3. 协同人力资源部开展服务意识、岗位规范等培训，提升员工服务质量和职业素养。
4. 受理宾客投诉及建议，分析客诉数据，挖掘服务短板，推动改进方案落地。
5. 定期汇总质检数据，形成月度、季度质量分析报告，向管理层汇报并提出优化建议。
【岗位要求】
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上酒店质检或相关管理岗位经验，熟悉星级酒店运营规范与服务标准。
3. 工作严谨细致，具备较强的观察力与问题分析能力。
4. 良好的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门整改。
5. 熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT），能独立完成质检报告与数据图表。
6. 能适应酒店工作节奏，有团队合作精神，责任心强。
