【岗位职责】
1、负责日料餐厅的日常接待服务，包括迎宾、引导入座、点餐、上菜及餐后整理。
2、熟悉日料菜单及特色菜品，主动向顾客介绍推荐，解答顾客关于菜品的疑问。
3、严格执行日料服务标准及卫生规范，确保餐具、用餐环境整洁有序。
4、协助后厨进行菜品传送、特殊要求对接，确保出餐准确及时。
5、关注顾客用餐体验，及时响应顾客需求，处理简单投诉或意见反馈。
6、配合同事完成每日营业前后的准备工作，包括桌面布置、物料补充等。
7、参与餐厅定期培训，提升服务技能及日料文化知识。
【岗位要求】
1、学历、经验、年龄不限，欢迎应届毕业生或转行求职者。
2、热爱服务行业，具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力。
3、工作认真负责，能适应餐饮行业排班制（含周末及节假日）。
4、性格开朗，有团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
5、身体健康，持有健康证。
