职位描述

 

1.Is responsible to develop E- Commerce Channelized marketing strategy and execution to drive Greater China Hospitality on line business. Help GCH properties to increase revenue generation & maximization through full utilization of corporate sales system, business process and specifications.

集团收益总监负责开发电子商务渠道的营销策略,执行推动大中華酒店在线业务。通过充分利用集团销售系统、业务流程和规范来帮助旗下酒店的收入最大化。

 

2.To provide support to hotels to ensure that GCH’s sales, marketing and distribution systems and processes are fully implemented and utilized at hotel level.

为酒店提供支持,以确保大中華酒店管理集团旗下的酒店销售、营销、分销系统以及流程在酒店层面得到充分的执行和利用。

 

3.To guide the property how to monitor competitor pricing for all revenue generating departments, understands the dynamic of the local market and the demand generators, and recommends appropriate actions to set up hotel’s pricing and market mix strategy.

指导酒店如何监视竞争对手创收部门的定价,让其了解当地市场动态和需求,并建议采取适当的行动来设置酒店的定价以及市场组合策略。以及流程在酒店层面得到充分的执行和利用。

 

4.Optimize the Revenue Report which is submitted by properties and assist the hotel staff to analyze if necessary.

优化酒店所提交的收益报告,并在必要时协助酒店工作人员进行分析。

 

5.Assist Sales & Marketing Plan reviews and audits

协助进行市场营销计划的审查和核准。

 

6.Assist Pre-opening hotel to construct website, GDS and OTA channels

协助新开业酒店进行官网,全球分销渠道以及第三方订房中心的建设。

 

7.Review the pricing structure for Pre-opening property.

对新开业酒店的价格体系进行审核。

8.Train and support hotel teams on revenue system functionality and enhancements.

为酒店团队就收益系统的功能以及升级提供培训支持。

 

9.Train and support hotel teams on sales system functionality and enhancements.

为酒店团队就销售系统的功能以及升级提供培训支持。

 

10.Assist Coordinate with sales organization locally, regionally and globally.

协调及配合组织在本地、区域和全球的销售活动。

 

11.Design and increase the impact of online marketing investment through continuous improvement by measuring, analyzing and imterpreting campaign results and utilizing this information to identify improvements in channel effectiveness and improve return on investment for future campaigns.

设计以及通过持续不断的测定,解析项目成果来提高在线市场投资的影响,同事利用这些信息来判断渠道效率的进步程度,从而提高未来项目的投资回报。

 

12.Manage all channels (CRO, GDS, Internet direct and indirect) including but not limited to room types and sell strategy. Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee and managing third party distributors in compliance with GCH standards and rules.

13.Provides technical support to Reservations and Front Office on up-selling and negotiating techniques.

14.Building strong relationships with online media agencies, affiliate partners, portals and websites to help them be successful at delivering quality leads.

与网络媒体机构、合作伙伴、门户网站和网络平台建立牢固的合作关系来帮助他们成功的实现服务本身的质量。

 

15.Involve in developing and implementing the brand program that contributes to build up brand reputation, WOM and create brand buzz.

任职要求:

1.Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

2.Strong sense of responsibility.

3.Attention to detail

4.Demonstrated knowledge of effective hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization and selling strategies, and ability to determine which concepts to apply in given market conditions.

5.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

精通微软办公软件。

 

6.Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

7.Ability to work both independently and as part of team

具有良好的独立工作能力,同事具备团队合作精神。

 

8.Bi-Lingual Chinese and English

掌握良好的中英文。

 

9.5 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Previous Revenue Management or Pricing experience is preferred.

5年相关工作经验或类似的管理经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。曾拥从事收入管理或报价工作者优先考虑。
