DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务

1. 对酒店财务业绩进行阶段性审计。

2. 对酒店营运内部控制进行阶段性审计。

3. 出具所有审计的审计报告。

4. 对酒店审计结果，进行复核和跟进。

1. Periodic auditing of hotel financial performance.

2. Conduct periodic audit on the internal control of hotel operation.

3. Issue all audit reports.

4. Check and follow up the hotel audit results.

JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求

1. 熟悉酒店营运操作系统（包括但不限于Opera，Shiji accounting，SUN，Infrasys, 西软等等）。

2. 熟悉酒店财务标准操作规范（SOP）以及执行。

3. 熟悉酒店各营运部门的工作流程。

4. 有资产管理经验。

4. 善于发现内部控制问题以及漏洞，并积极提供解决意见和建议。

5. 在酒店财务部门担任总账及以上岗位至少3年。

6. 曾担任过酒店成本经理2年以上工作经验者优先。

7. 会计中级职称或在通过中级职称考试1-2门者优先。

8. 要求至少5年工作经验，2年管理经验。

1. Familiar with hotel operating system (including but not limited to Opera, Shiji accounting, SUN, Infrasys, Xiruan etc.).

2. Familiar with financial SOP and its implementation.

3. Familiar with the work flow of hotel operation departments.

4. Experience in asset management.

4. Good at finding internal control problems and loopholes, and actively provide solutions and suggestions.

5. At least 3 years in General Ledger and above position in hotel finance department.

6. Having worked as a hotel Cost Manager for more than 2 years is preferred.

7. Accounting Intermediate Title or passing 1-2 Intermediate Title Examination is preferred.

8. Require at least 5 years working experience and 2 years management experience
