职位描述:

1．负责前台工作,礼貌地接待来访客人；

2．会议前布置会议桌，招待客人茶水，会后整理会议室；

3．接听所有来电并进行筛选，转接给不同的部门；

4．接收传真，分发给不同的部门以及需要复印抄送的人员；

5．订购办公用品，登记入库，做好领用登记，月末盘点，向财务部递交库存表；

6．熟练使用办公设备，及时添加或更换易耗品，保持设备间的清洁等；

7．按时给员工的餐卡进行冲值，以及协调退卡工作；

8．每天取报、信件并通知各部门领取；

9．做好快递接收、分发、邮寄的登记；

10. 做好办公室的后勤工作及部分文档整理工作；

11. 完成公司领导交办的其他工作任务。

工作要求

1. 身高1.63米左右，22-35岁，品貌端庄，思惟敏捷，整洁勤快；

2. 大专以上学历；至少一年相关工作经验；

3. 具备较强的沟通、协调能力及文字组织能力；

4. 熟练运用Office系统软件，有一定的英文听、说、读、写能力及较快的打字速度。

5. 善于倾听，具备良好的服务意识，有过客服经验优先考虑
