基本职责

为公司管理的酒店整体业务提供风险管理支持，为这些酒店的良好运营保驾护航。

职责和义务

1. 了解酒店业务，制定风险管控流程、策略，持续改善风控管理体系；

2. 统筹兼顾，引导、推进各部门行动并制定并落实风险管理预案，有效控制风险；

3. 运用创新的安全风控策略，沉淀深化，持续提升酒店团队整体风控能力；

4. 设立酒店风险事故报告制度，及时指导酒店积极应对处理风险，定期分析并沟通导致风险的原因及预防措施；

5. 建立风控审计工具并进行年度检查，督促酒店完成改进计划以确保健康运营；

6. 开展酒店风险管理制度与内控机制建设、政策跟踪、合规宣导与培训、合规报告等日常合规管理工作；

7. 簿记建档，对各部门的审计完成情况进行监督，核查问题整改措施的落实进展与结果；

8. 上级交办的其它事项工作。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，6年以上工作经验，有酒店管理公司风控工作经验者优先

2. 有较强的数据敏感度和数据分析能力，思考问题具备全局性、预见性

3. 有敏锐的风险意识，有较强的问题分析与解决能力

4. 原则性强，工作严谨，具有良好的职业操守、抗压能力和沟通能力

有一定的英文听、说、读、写能力
