DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  职责和义务

Revenue Driven 创造收益

·           To ensure attainment of sales goals in specific market segment

确保实现特定细分市场的销售目标。

·           To assist hotel to optimize products in different online and offline sales channel to improve sales volume and increase market share.

协助酒店在线上、线下销售渠道上优化产品,以提高销售产量和提高市场份额。

 

Sales Channel 销售渠道

·           To develop new qualified sales channels for both managed hotels and franchised hotels to increase hotel awareness in the market, and obtain business at first time.

通过帮助委托管理的酒店和特许经营的酒店开发新的高质量的销售渠道来提高酒店市场知名度,同时第一时间获取生意。

·           To develop and maintain high level of relations with business partners including Corp accounts, MICE, Wholesalers, PCO, Airline and other potential partners to deliver reasonable and measurable businesses to all hotels under GCH Group

开发和保持与商务伙伴的高水平合作关系,包括公司客户、会务公司、旅游批发商、专业会议组织者、航空公司和其他潜在合作伙伴, 为GCH旗下所有酒店输送应有的及可衡量的生意机会。

 

Training 培训

·           To conduct key market training and guidance to all GCH hotels.

为GCH旗下酒店提供主要细分市场的培训和指导。

·           Periodically share market intelligence to all GCH hotels.

定期为GCH旗下酒店提供市场信息分享。

 

Routine Sales Activity 常规销售活动

·           To work out weekly sales call plan to DOSM to ensure all sales activities are conducted as planed.

向市场销售总监汇报每周客户拜访计划,确保所有销售活动按照计划进行。

·           To present monthly leads report and market intelligence to Director of Sales & Marketing to evaluate group supports to the hotels.

向市场销售总监每月提交生意报告及市场信息,以此评估集团对旗下酒店的支持力度。

·           To initiate development of action plan to penetrate new assigned markets.

开发行动计划的发展,以发展进入到新分配的市场。

·           To create GCH database system in key market segments.

在主要细分市场建立GCH集团客户资料系统。

·           Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.

保留所有定价、销售和活动报告的准确记录

·           Identifies new business opportunities.

识别新的商业机会。

·           Assist hotel sellers to conduct sales business trip to visit key accounts in Shanghai.

协助酒店销售来上海出差的客户拜访。

·         Responsible for other duties assigned by the supervisor or the company.

负责主管经理或公司指派的其他工作内容。

 

 

JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求

·         Minimum of 4-5 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment.

至少4-5年在类似职位的销售经验,最好是在5星级的工作环境中。

·           Have sufficient client resources in MICE and Corporate segment.

在MICE及公司市场有充足的客户资源。

·         Have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

具有良好的英语听说读写能力。

·         Result-oriented.  Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.

以结果为导向的。对挑战有积极的态度和追求卓越的动力。

·         Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
