OVERALL OBJECTIVE总体目标:

The job of Training Manager is executed satisfactorily when:

培训经理的岗位职责需满足以下方面:

 

  • All employees receive Kempinski and locally required training.

    确保所有员工接受来自凯宾斯基集团及当地政府所要求的培训

     

  • Each employee receives 2-4 hours of training per month.

    确保每位员工每月接受2-4小时的培训

     

  • The training calendar and business plan reflect Kempinski training guidelines and the internal training needs analysis.

    确保培训月历及营运计划能反映凯宾斯基培训的指导方针及内部培训需求

     

  • Every department has Departmental Trainer(s) and a full set of departmental policies and procedures.

    确保每个部门都有部门培训员及完整的部门政策与程序

     

  • Employee relationship and recognition programme(s) are in place.

    确保员工的关系及认知项目准备就绪

     

  • Annual Trainers’ Academy is attended.

    确保定期参加年度的培训师研讨会

     

  • Kempinski training policies and procedures are complied with.

At Kempinski, Talent Development is Management responsibility and consequently an integral and important part of our Managers’ daily activities. The Director of People Training fulfills their role as a Talent Development Ambassador when:

  • They actively support and implement Talent Development initiatives as a part of their daily activities.

  • They identify Training talents in their department and throughout the hotel as per below definition* and actively support their career development.

  • They support and initiate transfer, cross exposure and task force assignments for their team.

    管理者要在他们的团队中支持并发起调职,交流培训及工作支持的指派

 

  • They personally conduct TTTTs with their team on a regular basis and take personal interest for their talents’ development plans.

  • They recruit and select potential talent according to current and future department, hotel and Kempinski’s needs including conducting interviews for positions in their department.

*A Hotel Talent is an employee, who has the ability to do the current job in their hotel and can be promoted to the next level. Mobility is what makes this person a Kempinski Talent.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

 

  • Analyze training needs and training effectiveness.

    分析培训需求及使培训具有有效性

     

  • Plan, design and deliver training programmes.

    计划、设计及实施培训项目

     

  • Devise a training marketing strategy.

    设计以市场策略为导向的培训项目

     

  • Establish and foster relationships and partnerships with external suppliers, training providers, legal and safety entities.

    在外部供应商,培训提供者,法律及安全方面建立并培养良好的合作及伙伴关系

     

  • Establish a training network.

    建立培训的网络群

     

  • Coach and train Managers and Departmental Trainers to improve departmental performance.

    指导并培训经理人及部门培训员以改善部门的工作表现

     

  • Organise and supervise Kempinski DNA activities.

    组织并督导凯宾斯基核心价值活动

     

  • Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.

    持续寻找并支持新的方法,实践及程续以提高所提供的培训服务的有效性

     

  • Train and develop Training team members.

    培训并发展培训团队中的成员

     

  • Identify potential training talent and propose Master Trainer candidates.

    挖掘有潜质的培训人才及提名优秀培训师候选人员

     

  • Lead by example and promote Kempinski’s core values.

    以身作则并推动凯宾斯基核心价值观

     

  • Promote and implement Kempinski Corporate Training policies and procedures.

    推动并贯彻凯凯宾斯基集团培训的政策与程序

     

  • Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the employee handbook and the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.

    了解并严格遵循员工手册中的制度及酒店关于消防、卫生及健康与安全方面的政策

 

  • To understand and strictly adhere to the hotel’s employee rules & regulations.

    了解并严格遵循饭店员工制度

     

    Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time, depending on the need of the business and hotel.

  • 依据酒店营运的需求,可在任何时候附加相关职责与任务
