1. To prepare and conduct orientation programs andother generic training for new associates.

为新员工准备及实施入职课程及其他通用培训；

2. To assist department/ section heads to carry outdepartmental orientation and follow up on technical training programs for newstaff during the first three months.

3. To write and update training manuals.

编写并更新培训教材；

4. To develop training materials, i.e. transparencies,cases studies write up, etc. that meet Hotel’s training need.

5. Assist Training Manager to liaise with othervocational training institutes in the arrangement of training of theirstudents.

6. To co-ordinate with department heads concernedabout the training programs for all student trainees.

7. To liaise with other department heads/ supervisorsto collect the performance report of the student trainees.

8. To maintain and update records on booklists,training equipment and materials.

9. To assist Training Manager in day-to-day trainingadministration.

10. To provide clerical support to Human ResourcesOffice administration.
