Maintaining the integrity of the Quality Standards and ensure achievement of stated quality objectives and process.
To create quality awareness and communicate quality requirements, policies and procedures to all Ambassadors/project owners.
To facilitate timely corrective action planning, implementation, and process supervision.
Monitoring Departmental Operating Procedures, in line with Sofitel standards.
To facilitate and drive continuous excellence through regular management review of key goals and strategies for hotel, departmental functions compliancy and key processes.
Resumes and analyses quality surveys, internal quality controls and guests comments.
Communicate with Guests, get guest feedback, assist department to improve service quality and drive for guest experience and loyalty program in hotel.
