岗位描述:
1.合理分配楼层服务员的日常工作;
2.明确培训需求,制定培训计划,确保部门的培训顺利进行;
3.协助并指导员工,确保为客人提供高质量服务;
4.协助解决员工的问题,例如排班、休假等;
5.确保客房服务员熟悉客房内各类设备,以确保更好的为客人提供帮助;
6.与各部门密切合作,参加日常例会及管家部会议。
