【岗位职责】
1、负责西餐厅的日常运营管理，确保用餐区域整洁、有序，符合酒店卫生与服务标准；
2、督导并协助服务员完成餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收档工作，保证服务流程规范高效；
3、热情接待宾客，妥善处理现场投诉及突发状况，提升顾客用餐体验与满意度；
4、掌握每日菜品、酒水及特殊推荐信息，为宾客提供专业点餐建议；
5、协助主管控制食材及物料成本，检查设备设施运行状况，及时报修维护；
6、配合其他部门完成预定等餐饮接待任务，确保团队协作顺畅。
【岗位要求】
1、有同岗位经验者优先
2、热爱酒店服务业，具备良好的服务意识、沟通能力及团队合作精神；
3、工作认真细致，责任心强，能适应酒店排班制（含早、晚班及节假日）；
4、具备基本餐饮服务知识或相关技能者优先，无经验可提供系统培训；
5、形象气质佳，普通话流利，具备简单英文沟通能力者优先考虑。
