具有一年以上北京长租公寓或高端长租房产中介销售经验
底薪7000左右+高提成，综合薪资15000+
岗位职责：
1.能独立开展拓客方式，渠道中介、商圈扫楼陌拜、同行互推等;
2.根据经营目标和计划寻找相应的客源;
3.每月按指标标完成任务额，并有续租和老带新转化;
4.走访客户：定期拜访老客户同时接触新客户，介绍公寓；
5.积极与各大中介及驻华使馆保持联系，随时向他们提供变化情况和信息，以吸引顾客;
6.定期拜访住店客户，询问客户要求在不违反公寓原则的情况下尽量满足客户的要求，使之稳定并带领新客户入住;
7.主动协调及配合公寓各部门，使各项工作运行顺利;
8.配合销售部经理完成总经理布置的各项工作;
9.与各部门保持良好沟通，协同各部门做好各维度客户维护 。

2.身体健康，形象气质佳。3.善于与人交际，有亲和力，待人热情、友善，有礼貌，性格外向、机警灵活、工作勤奋。
4.熟练掌握客房销售的方法和推销技巧，并能在工作中灵活运用。
5.熟悉酒店各个部门的运作程序，沟通协调能力强
