Position Summary 职位概述
1.Practices up-selling at all opportunities to maximise revenue.
尽最大可能去提升销售额在所有机会。
2.Oversees the operation of banquet functions and works closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.
检查宴会运行和与其一起工作的各部门工作，在所有的时间内确保有质量的服务给客人。
3.Obtains feedback from clients and follows through with the necessary actions .
从客户处获得意见反馈并通过必要行动来跟进。
4.Establishes and maintains files of major accounts and assists the Director of Banquet Sales in maintaining the Accounts Management System.
建立和维持主要的客户档案并协助宴会销售总监维护管理客户档案管理体系。
5.Establishes good working relationship with internal customers (other departments of the hotel) and external customers (clients, event contractors, suppliers).
与内部客户（酒店其它部门）和外部客人（客户，会议承办人，供应商）等建立良好的工作关系。
6.Provides feed-back on market trends and keep updated with client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Banquet Sales Managers and Director of Banquet Sales.
提供反馈市场趋势，与宴会销售经理和宴会销售总监保持沟通，并与客户保持良好关系,不断更新整体经营目标。

Required Qualifications 任职要求
1.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to Marketing budget.
积极参与完成部门目标和达到市场预算。
2.Arranges relationship building visitations when necessary.
视需要安排营造关系拜访。
3.The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
酒店服务行业是一个24小时不间断营运的行业。必须确保随时提供热情周到的服务。
4.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
