About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Security Department, The Security Supervisor reports to the Chief Security.
As Security Supervisor you will be responsible for the following duties: 
The scope of this position is the practical application of security measures ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, clients, patrons, contractors, visitors and colleagues as well as protection of the Company’s property from loss or damage. The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment to enable the Company to maximize profit potential.
He/She maintains all Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai standards to the highest level, delivering a prompt and courteous service at all times. The Security Officer assists the Security Manager in all aspects of the Security Department and in the absence of the Security Manager undertakes responsibilities as directed. He/She will drive guest and employee satisfaction throughout the total hotel.
As Security Supervisor we expect from you: 
High school or above
Basic English conversation
Experience in Similar Scope for 5 years
Conscientiousness
Team Leadership
Able to shift work and long overtimes

作为保安主管，您将负责以下职责：
根据酒店管理层制定的前景目标，在保证客人、顾客、赞助人、承包商、游客和同事的生命及财务安全受到保障的同时，为整个公司取得最大收益提供一个安全可靠的环境。
他/她需在秉持上海浦东文华东方酒店的最高水准的同时，时刻提供客户及时周到的服务。保安员将在保安部的所有职能上辅助保安经理，并且在后者缺席的场合，履行被指派的职责。他/她将在整个酒店层面满足顾客和雇主。
