Job Description: Responsible for managing the hotel's sales and marketing according to corporate standards and monitoring the budget as it relates to sales and marketing department associates, operations, sales cost and profit sectors.

工作概要：负责管理酒店的市场销售工作，依据集团标准及预算监督确保所有运营情况、销售成本、利润和市场销售部的员工。

Requirements:

- More than ten years of relevant experience with international brand hotels, including at least 3 years serving as DOSM.

- Proficient in Mandarin and English.

- Cheerful, with good communication skills.

- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity, ability to work under pressure and work to established timelines.

- Able to develop a viable basis to match an operational budget，and to review the operating results of the hotel and take appropriate action to ensure that profit budget objectives are achieved and exceeded.

- Familiar with the job responsibilities of all positions and operation procedures of Sales & Marketing Department, including Revenue Management, Sales team productivity and target setting, manage sales incentives and Marketing Communications. Familiar with local market conditions, regional influences, a sound understanding of tactical marketing.

- Able to guide, develop and promote employees and assess their performance while supervising departmental staff training and providing evaluation.

- 十年以上国际品牌酒店相关工作经验，其中至少包括三年以上同等岗位的工作经验；

- 熟练的普通话、英语沟通能力；

- 性格开朗，具备良好的沟通能力；

- 具备高度责任感，正直且诚恳，有良好的抗压能力及高效的工作能力；

- 能够制订可行的预算及依据此预算而操作,包括收益管理，并且根据酒店营运状况采取适当的措施，以确保实现并超出酒店经营目标；

- 熟知市场销售所有岗位的职责以及操作程序。熟悉本地市场同时具备丰富的市场运作经验，非常强的市场开发能力；

- 能够指导、发展和推动员工及评估其工作表现，并监导及评估部门员工的培训需求;
