楼层主管的工作职责为保持客房、走廊的清洁标准以及向宾客提供优质服务。

具体职责

作为酒店楼层主管，您将应以最高标准完成以下任务:

· 当班时负责所有分配楼层和客房区域的高标准清洁工作。

· 与前台接待密切合作确保任何时间内房态的正确。

· 确保在“请勿打扰”状态下客人的隐私被维护。

· 监督夜床服务。

· 负责钥匙的严格控制。

· 对客房的走廊和公共区域进行常规检查。

· 迅速向工程部汇报工程维修。

· 确保失物招领按照程序操作。

· 维持楼层布草间的干净和整洁。

· 监督管辖区域客房服务员的工作效率。

· 检查客房部员工的仪表，个人卫生和形象。

· 协助进行员工的培训和发展。

· 给予所管辖的员工以不断的建议和支持。

· 必要时对员工进行个别面对面指导。

· 通过汇总客人的意见，不断寻找机会提升对客服务。

· 采取合适的行动解决客人的抱怨。

· 保证所有报告都按时完成。

· 遵守酒店的工作政策及程序，遵守希尔顿的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。

· 坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。

· 执行酒店管理层分配的其它工作。

· 如有必要，酒店管理层有权更改或补充该职位描述。
