岗位职责

1.直接管理及领导行政楼层；
2.运用管理技巧调动和提高员工工作积极性；
3.同所有的宾客建立良好的公共关系；
4.保证行政楼层在整洁的环境下为宾客提供服务；
5.迎接VIP宾客到店及陪同到房间；
6.与前台紧密联系确保行政楼层各信息和工作的准确性；
7.亲自接受宾客投诉及有效地及时处理。

岗位要求
1.仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际。
2.能用流利的英语从事前厅服务。
3.熟悉前厅管理专业知识、市场销售知识和接待礼节礼仪；熟练运用电脑。
