工作描述Job Description

1. Prepare mise-en-place and perform side duties.

2. Beverages are up-sold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations.

依据含酒精饮品的服务标准推荐和填加饮品。

3. Converse with Guests about wine, advising the types and styles of wine, taking wine orders and serving wine.

向客人葡萄酒的种类和相关知识，点单和服务葡萄酒。

4. Promoting and selling cocktails to guests.

制作鸡尾酒，推广和销售鸡尾酒。

5. Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standard.

根据标准确保咖啡和茶的的温度.

6. Guests are advised on alcoholic beverages.

向客人推荐酒精饮品。

7. The strengths of alcohol is advised and guests are advised as to their effect.

向客人介绍酒精饮品的特点，以便客人选择.

任职资格 Qualification

1. Minimum of two years of bartender experience.

至少2年以上的调酒师工作经验.

2. Articulate and detail oriented

3. Outing and people oriented

4. Serious, Confident, Takes Initiative, Customer-oriented
